Reception at Stuttgart City Hall for school groups from Stuttgart (joint welcome for several groups, maximum: 29 persons incl. teachers/accompanying persons)
Receptions are only possible on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. Please send your request at least four weeks in advance. Please specify in the comments field whether the reception should be in German or English.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following rules apply at the Stuttgart City Hall:

Social distancing: keep a minimum distance of at least 1.5 metres to other people.
Hygiene: Follow hygiene rules regarding sneezing, coughing and handwashing.
Face masks: Wear a mask to cover both mouth and nose where it is required.

Please note in particular the prohibition of access and participation according to § 7 of the Corona Ordinance and do not come to the event if you show any symptoms of a Covid-19 infection or have been in contact with an infected person in the last 14 days.

In order to register for the visit, the responsible teachers and/or accompanying persons must upload a list of all participants. This list must contain the first and last name, address, e-mail or telephone number of each person. The data is collected on the basis of the Corona Ordinance of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg in order to trace possible chains of infection. The data will be used exclusively for the reception at the City Hall and will be deleted four weeks after the event.
